By checking the agreement box on the guest booking or intake form, you confirm that you have read this release, you understand it, and you agree to be bound by it. Your agreement is effective as of the date you submit the form and applies to your appearance on Love, your business Mom (the "Show"), including any recording sessions connected to that appearance.

1. Consent to record

You consent to be recorded (audio, video, and photographs) in connection with your appearance on the Show.

2. Grant of rights

You grant Producer the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, excerpt, adapt, distribute, publicly display, promote, and monetize the recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed. This includes use of your name, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the Show and its promotion.

3. No approval rights and no obligation to publish

Producer is not required to obtain your approval of any edit, excerpt, or use, and is not obligated to publish or continue publishing the recording. Once published, Producer has no obligation to remove, edit, or take down any episode or clip at your request.

4. Compensation

You acknowledge that your appearance is voluntary and that the promotional value of appearing on the Show, together with the clip license in Section 5, is full and fair consideration. No payment, royalty, or other compensation is owed to you now or in the future in connection with the recordings or their use.

5. Your clip license

Producer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use clips of your appearance for your own marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, provided that you (a) credit Love, your business Mom, (b) preserve the original context of the clip and do not edit it in a way that misrepresents the conversation, the Show, or Producer, and (c) do not use clips to imply the Show's endorsement of any third-party product or service. Producer may revoke this license if these conditions are not met. This license does not transfer ownership of any recording to you.

6. Your representations

You represent that (a) you have the full right and authority to agree to this release, (b) the statements you make during the recording are your own and, to your knowledge, truthful, and (c) any material you contribute or reference (including stories, names, images, or audio) does not violate the rights of any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your own statements, and you will indemnify Producer against claims arising from your breach of this section.

7. Release of claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Producer, its owners, affiliates, and assigns from any claims arising out of the recording or its use, including claims based on defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or copyright, and you waive any moral rights or rights of inspection or approval you may have in the recordings.

8. General

Producer may assign this release, including in connection with a sale or transfer of the Show. This release is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This release, together with the intake form you submit, is the entire agreement between you and Producer regarding your appearance.Questions about this release can be sent to the Show through yourbusiness.mom.
